The Foundation concept is simple … the Buderim Foundation:

receives donations and bequests – money in
carefully invests the funds to generate income – money managed
distributes income as grants to Buderim based community organisations – money out

Since its launch in 2004, the Foundation has awarded grants worth $636,942 to 82 community organisations in the 4556 postcode area and distributed $174,450 worth of Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR) Back-to-School vouchers… a benefit of over $811,000 to the Buderim community.

On 13th September this year, thanks to the excellent organisation of the Grants Committee (pictured above), the Foundation distributed grants worth $85,022 to 20 community organisations servicing the 4556 postcode area.
