Strategic Plan

Following an intensive, structured development process over several months, including extensive consultation within the Buderim Foundation community, the Board has approved the Foundation’s Strategic Plan for 2011 to 2016.

You can download the Plan at Buderim Foundation Strategic Plan 2011 – 2016 here.   Cascading from this document the Foundation’s Committees have developed detailed action plans, the progress of which will be routinely monitored by the Board.  The Strategic Plan will be reviewed and revised at intervals during the period it covers.
